Encon Staffing Associates Ltd was formally incorporated in January of 2003 with a wealth of previous experience and knowledge, this fused with an exciting and highly motivated team showed the dynamics of a fresh approach to recruitment.

Although technically still in it's infancy the company has already proved to be tremendously successful, building a solid rapport with clients and candidates alike. Initial first yearly turnover and profit projections have already doubled, and will hopefully continue to increase as the development of the company continues.
